    The other Excel file (C2000) recently released by Dr. Wilson is referred to in one of the informative "Notes" found in the top two rows of the new spreadsheet cited here by YGG.

    Note that alleles listed here do not necessarily correspond to those listed in C2000 file, due to calling to different strands (TOP or FORWARD) or other issues explained in raw Y files.
    Note also that about 270 of the markers listed here are not reported anymore as either give poor genotypes or while genotyping well, provide no useful phylogenetic information.
