My results changed, is this normal?

I tested with FTNDA approximately a year ago. Two weeks ago my results updated from myOrigns 2.0 to myOrigin 3.0 which I knew about. I viewed my new results last week but I viewed them again today and I noticed that they added another 3% to my Southern European percentage within the last few days. It went from 10% with the new update to 13% within the last few hours. Is this normal?
