    This Kulubnarti samples look like
a Kenya PN admixed with Levant Bronze age or Egyptian

They are different from modern Nubians who look more Arabian admixed.

If NS & AA speakers were both ancient carriers of E-M78 than ofcourse those NS speakers should have old NS specific subclades of E-M78 lineages that we can attribute to them.So far it's seems that E-M78 in modern NS speakers is due to recent contact (post neolithic) with AA populations but that could be because of the undersampling of Sahelian populations
I have calculated Percentage haplotypes in central Sahel

"Using genome-wide #ancientDNA, we find that the Christian Period Nubians from Kulubnarti had Nilotic-related + West Eurasian-related ancestry, with high individual variation in ancestry proportions (this suggests recent/ongoing admixture). (6/15)"

"WE-related ancestry was introduced into Nubia through Egypt but ultimately was most like that found in the Levant during the Bronze/Iron Ages. ALSO, it was disproportionally associated with females! This highlights the role of female mobility (and suggests patrilocality). (7/15)"

"Multiple waves of admixture over a millennium contributed to the formation of the Kulubnarti gene pool. The Nile Valley was a HIGHLY interconnected area. (8/15)"

"Present-day genotyped Nubians are not found to be descended directly from the Kulubnarti Nubians- interactions involving gene flow continued following the Christian Period (of course). (10/15)"
