    Steppe_MLBA came later. The earlier wave of people were most probably Motala like genome since the real big length in cM of the some of the matches give an idea.

    It is a kind of Neolithic mixed SHG. But we know that some of the groups in India even today harbor some real ancient Baltic like genes which even shows up in Eurogenees K15 V2. I get like 2% of it. Such things I believe were present widely prior to MLBA movement into North India.

    The F could be a low coverage result. And as for pre-IA similarities, it could be from extra ANE in the Iran HG which moved to south Asia that links it to the ANE in SHG.

    Well it looks like 112k file which is decent size considering the age of the sample. However if they get 425k file then we could discern better.
