I wouldn't recommend either of them. Both have many mistakes and are dubious in many aspects including the way they use anthropological concepts and historical bibliography.

Good bibliography in Albanian is usually behind paywalls or published offline. One of the great Albanian anthropologists is Nebi Bardhoshi, head of the Anthropological Institute of Albania. Check his academia edu page for papers and article collections he may have published.

While Wikipedia to some has a rather negative reputation, many of the articles or Wikipedia pages on the Albanian tribes have been updated with more accurate, non-biased, and recent literature.

The Albanian tribes Wikipedia page includes a general overview of the society, organization, etc of these tribes as well as the various tribal regions and the tribes that make them up. The sections on the tribes of Malësia e Madhe and the various historical Albanian tribes have been very well-researched.
