Has anyone tried DNAGenics's Chromosome explorer and admixture of DNA from low coverage region and centromere. I had uploaded my dad's WGS file previously so got an update recently.

most interesting is the west African proportion, not sure if it might be Bantu related.

The only interesting thing here is the chromsomal distribution of shared variants with ancient populations on both parental sides which I get to explore. Interestingly, Indus Periphery related variants tend to be compare in frequency to Steppe Europe related variants and SPGT and BMAC related variants tend to compare as well per chromosome.
