From a linguistic point of view there are two different Silesian languages, once Slavic Silesian (Polish dialect) which you can hardly understand when you speak "high Polish" (OK there are also different dialects like Lesser Polish ... However, you understand everything well, but that Silesian Polish, especially from Opplen or Racibórz, difficult to understand from my personal experience. And then there is German Silesian (German dialect). From a genetic point of view, I do not know how similar German and Polish Silesian are, because on today's Silesian terrain also how you mentioned Celts and Germanic people who settled there

    @Ph2ter,
Do you know context for other samples?
If POH44 = H174, then what about other POHs?

In post #51 of this thread I posted the map of an UMAP analysis of submodern European samples.
Because UMAP is concentrated on local structure, it is very suitable in identifying nearest neighbors.
Therefore I have used UMAP to identify the 14 nearest neighbors of the POH samples.
For reference I also included CZE_Early_Slav:RISE569.
POH3 and POH40 have the CZE_Early_Slav as nearest neighbor and so does the POH oddball POH27.
It should be noted that the odd position of POH27 is mainly due to its relation to ITA_Rome_Imperial, ITA_Rome_Late_Antiquity and ITA_Rome_MA.

I am actually not sure if there on the site exist more than one H174, because it seems that there are more than one graveyard.

    I found informations here:

Ok, I probably correctly assigned POH44 to this H174:

    Meče na Pohansku u Břeclavi
    a historie jejich objevů
První a zároveň i nejpočetnější skupinu mečů z Pohanska
tvoří exempláře z pohřebiště u prvního kostela,
které bylo součástí tzv. velmožského dvorce. Tak označujeme
sídlištní komplex v severozápadní části Pohanska,
vymezený na ploše cca 1 ha mohutnou čtvercovou
palisádou. Uvnitř palisády a v jejím okolí se nacházelo
přes 73 velkomoravských sídlištních objektů různé konstrukce,
včetně nadzemních domů s litými maltovými
podlahami nebo vyzděným nárožím (Dostál 1975, 39–
99). Bohatý hřbitov, který byl v 9. století založen v okolí
jednolodního kamenného kostela s nartexem, tvořilo
    407 kostrových hrobů. Ve čtyřech z nich (H 26, H 65,
    H 174 a H 257) se našly meče.

První a zároveň i nejpočetnější skupinu mečů z Pohanska
tvoří exempláře z pohřebiště u prvního kostela,
které bylo součástí tzv. velmožského dvorce. Tak označujeme
sídlištní komplex v severozápadní části Pohanska,
vymezený na ploše cca 1 ha mohutnou čtvercovou
palisádou. Uvnitř palisády a v jejím okolí se nacházelo
přes 73 velkomoravských sídlištních objektů různé konstrukce,
včetně nadzemních domů s litými maltovými
podlahami nebo vyzděným nárožím (Dostál 1975, 39–
99). Bohatý hřbitov, který byl v 9. století založen v okolí
jednolodního kamenného kostela s nartexem, tvořilo
    407 kostrových hrobů. Ve čtyřech z nich (H 26, H 65,
    H 174 a H 257) se našly meče.
It looks like there are DNA samples from three burial sites, and POH44 is the only one of them buried near the Church, so unless the archeological code (H174) listed on the ENA is wrong, you got it right the first time.

This set of samples (green) seems to be more Germanic/Scandinavian shifted than the other set of samples (red) from the medieval Slavic period

Eurogenes has suggested the true proto-Slavic population is closely related to the present day Belorusians and northern Ukrainians.
That may be be easily visualized on a n UMAP plot of the submodern Europeans plus the modern Belarusians. Here is is:
