A 5,000-year-old hunter-gatherer already plagued by Yersinia pestis

I decided to combine the data available at ENA and got results.

The figures are not very easy to read but it seems to me that this guy is Kunda/ Ukraine neolithic like. Or am I wrong?

He's at an ancestral state for quite a few M198 markers but is derived for Y12474 (4 reads, T -> A transversion).

That would put him downstream of YP1306, the same subclade as the EHGs from Karelia and Archangelsk (I0061 and PES001)

In terms of WHG/EHG proportions, broadly yes, he might be even more shifted towards EHG than Ukraine_N from what I could gather.

Typical EHGs are Karelia, Archangelsk (PES001), Sidelkino; this individual is somewhat similar to Mesolithic samples from Norway. Predominantly EHG but with significant WHG admixture compared to Hunter-Gatherer populations further East.
