SNP counting and the age of DF13

I am curious to get a list of valid SNPs from P312 through to DF13 and beyond to DF23, DF21 etc and to hear people's calculations for this and their reasoning. I think what I would love to see as a starting point is a list of valid SNPs from P312 down to DF13.

I am also confused about which SNPs are just the same SNP under different names and which are actually 'equivalent' SNPs simply because everyone shares them.

Generally if you look at ISOGG tree you will something like this:

R1b1a2a1a2c1i CTS2501/S836, CTS6581/DF41/S524

In this case "/" symbolises different "aliases" for the same snp. So CTS2501 is called S836 (by BISDNA) whereas DF41 is also known as CTS6581 and S524.

Another good example is:
R1b1a2a1a2c L21/M529/S145, L459, S461/Z290

L21/M529/S145 = three alias of one SNP
L459 --- separate SNP "phylogenetically equivalent" to L21
S461/Z290 = two aliases of one snp -- also "phylogenetically equivalent" to L21 and L459
