Also, clade R-FGC14376 has a new member from Magnisia, Greece, with a TMRCA of 1400 ybp:

Do we know the background of this individual or the ones who match him? Magnisia is particularly interesting, as it was primarily settled by Greeks and Slavs, and much less from Arvanites and Vlachs. There are, however, some reports that mention some of the Arvanites of Boeotia coming from the region of Magnisia.
Great! What is his exact position under FGC40202?

Based on what I can tell from the Rrėnjėt project map, the three Albanian samples under R1b-BY55016>FGC14376 are from: Kozare, Lavdar, and Libohovė. Interestingly Lavdar is where many members of the Muzaka family were buried, the origins of the family being from the wider area (the modern Lekas municipal unit) and Lavdar in particular.

Yes, I noticed but since some SNPs on FTDNA cannot be checked I was waiting for the YFull analysis to before emailing you. Until now it does not look close to any of the other members. The other subclade you mentioned has only been found among Albanians from the NE part of Toskeri (so not Myzeqe, Laberi or Cameri), and due to its high diversity there we believe it originated in the same area.

Here is another interesting result from Greece with relatives in Albania (and elsewhere): https://www.yfull.com/live/tree/E-Y152872/.

Thank you very much for all the interesting info!

I'm afraid that all FTDNA could tell me is that he is FGC40202. His closest SNP match is R-Y145541: https://www.yfull.com/tree/R-Y145541/

However, they still seem to be quite distant, as user Rrenjet wrote.

I am waiting since yesterday for the BAM to be generated. Do you know how long it takes, and whether it is delayed due to the weekend?

At this point I would like to thank user Hatzmatnik for his generous donation, which helped me cover part of the BigY costs, and the entire amount of the BAM download. His donation allowed me to understand more about my family's roots, and also helped advance our scientific understanding of Balkan demography.

I am also very grateful to Kelmendasi and the founders of Rrenjet for all their interesting conversations, both here on AG and through e-mails.

The preliminary position of my uncle's haplogroup:
    https://www.yfull.com/tree/R-FGC40202/

Seems quite distant from all other lineages.
