    L20+ and CTS9733 / S3856 + What ancestral origin?

    Ciao,
I'm waiting to get my BAM files from Ftdna..

as soon as I will receive BAM file ..
I will send it to Yfull that Fullgenome .. for the analysis of the case ..

If other researchers are interested I send it to them ..

I am still convinced that the comparison with other L2+ and L20+, it will be crucial to find out more SNPs, etc. ..

    Let me know.

Could someone give me some suggestions ..

About how it would be possible to compare my Belgieri N9198 BigY SNP with those of the other gentl. CTS9733 positive ..?

Kit Ftdna 212243 Niels Eriksson, 1575: Furved, Gesäter, Sweden

To see if we have some SNPs in common between us?

    Thanks.. for any suggestions.

I had already compared your two kits and did not find any shared SNPs. Of course, the only way to really know due to the "negative=positive" situation I mentioned last week, is to compare both BAM files.

I have to investigate it a little bit more this weekend, but I think the Swedish CTS9733 might share several SNPs with whoever the reference sample is.

Excuse me, but I had not explained it well ..
The most similar to me are the two gentlemen, CTS9733 positive - one British and one Swedish, which differ only for two snp : L484 and M228.2
and they have in common with me ... CTS9733 and YSC0000193..

    Before I was not clear.
In fact, Mr. Erikson Swedish is the most similar to us ...Bolgeri.
