Hey everyone,
I received my Big-Y results last week. Dr.Łapiński over at the "R1a1a and subclades project" was kind enough to analyze them and it turns out I have 28 unique SNP's downstream of M458>L1029. However, It also appears that I tested negative for a SNP that I was positive for when I took the Geno 2.0.
Specifically, the Big-Y shows that I am negative for PF7600. I bring this up because another L1029+ Geno 2.0 participant had tested positive for this SNP as well (kit N114137). There is a discussion about it over at the Molgen forums

Does this mean that the geno 2.0 result was likley a false positive? And that there is no SNP connection between my kit 253025 and kit N114137?
Thanks!
