The biggest Amazigh component in Western Libya is from the Ihawwaren , as well as Luwata and of course Izenaten especially in Yefren and Zuwara (Ait Willul). There is also a signifiant presence from the Iktumen , especially the Sedwikech sub-branch that is highly represented in the East in Djerba as well as in Libya. Some Libyan Imazighen belong to EM81>EM183>E-PF2546>A-2227.
For EM81>EM183>E-PF2546>EZ5009 probably has partially a very ancient presence partially imports from the West.

it seems that most of Libyans are descendants from Luwata who mix with arab invaders.
E-M81 remains the main haplogroup in Libya.

There is a cline West-East with Arabian admixture and Egyptian admixture.

Some of that Egyptian in the Eastern Libyan is probably just Arabian ancestry.G25 has a hard time differentiating between the two even for Horners

    I am not sure.
It is normal to have Egyptian ancestry in Libyan (and even in North Africa). Egypt has always been a big demographic era.

there are no real g25 coords from eastern libya, i have a sim of an actual libyan from benghazi which is labelled as libyan_benghazi on michalis' datasheet. the only real libyan coords we have so far is me and the other libyan who make up the Libyan_Tripoli average

there is also little to no egyptian ancestry in eastern libyans i am sure of it, you can go through my post history i have shared quite a few ancestry matches' results from east libya, All their ME is arab
