I created a natufian ghost taking away the western Eurasian part, I used I072 as the base

Is the SSA-like admixture in Natufians entirely accounted for by their Taforalt admixture?

I072 also seems to have additional eef

You can see the difference in results
The one with Iran_N also is apparently very low coverage. Also it’s probably best to use the Mesolithic Anatolian Pinarbasi instead of the Neolithic Farmers of Anatolia

Yeah both are of poor coverage unfortunately, I'll try a model with pinarbasi

Definitely. But I'd argue this is only true of Sudanese people concentrated in the Northern Nile regions. I know Nubians that have various phenotypes among one family. It's beautiful. One child in a family may have a much more Arabian-influenced physical appearance, and his brother or sister will have a stronger Nilotic physical affinity, with the remaining siblings and other close relatives being some sort of arbitrary intermediate that usually mimics the appearance of Somalis and Horn Africans.

I think the prevalence of these differences especially within Genetically homogenous sub-groups among Northern Sudanese has more to do with the history of environmental adaptability than genetic input leading to the given appearance. I doubt one family of Nubians is going to have major differences in SSA and Eurasian ratios, so it's easy to see this phenotypic diversity comes from the allelic diversity brought about through millennia of adaptability to their given environments.

I'd be willing to bet a substantial amount of money that if you tested the DNA of these three people, they would differ substantially in degree of Eurasian/SSA admixture proportions. Especially the second one.
