    I do, 2 or 3 packs per week. Smoke breaks are a positive thing if you spend the whole day sitting down in an office doing stressful work.

    Has the smoking affected your athletic performance when playing futbol? Do you notice any deterioration yet?

    I wholeheartedly agree, but we know it is an addiction. Getting off cigarettes once one is using regularly is a battle. Until he finally has the will to quit, then encouraging self-promises of cessation are the closest we'll get to convincing him.

    Definitely, and it seems to only get more expensive every year. I wonder how much longer it will take before cigarettes are just made outright illegal in most developed countries, as it seems to be the ultimate goal in mind for them.
