South_Eurasian looks like some sort of ASI-heavy component (observe it is present only in trace frequencies across Europe). The Azeri and Iranian samples appear to have the most of it here (exceeds 5% in some individuals). Quite an interesting run!

At the request of Krefter, I made a map for ANE.

I have no data for Germany, Belgium, Netherlands ... Also this map is very approximate.
What a shame there is no data for countries in eastern of Iran.
Can there be any connection between ANE and Indo-Europeans?

Virtually every portion of South Asia should be in the ~30% range. As a group only Amerindians have higher %ages.
Any connection to Indo-Europeans therefore looks doubtful.

Just wanted to share the definition of South Eurasian as defined by David Wesolowski's in his blog at the link posted by Zephyrous:

"South Eurasian is a very widespread component that peaks in Malaysia at 60%, followed by Cambodia at 50%.

It's hard to say what it represents, because this test is mainly designed to distill ANE and WHG, so as to give Europeans an idea how much post-Mesolithic ancestry from outside of Europe they might have"

Personally, I do not see the value of using a component whose value is near zero for your target audience (Europeans).

One of my friends on 23andMe created some MDS Plots and Dendrograms based on the West Eurasia K=8 spreadsheet.











I'll be creating MDS Plots and Dendrograms for everyone once this calculator is released.

Davidski did to, and it's basically identical to his PCA with genotype data, which means WHG, Near eastern, and ANE may be very robust forms of ancestry.

My results. I think they make a lot of sense and it looks like overall I have more hunter-gatherer genes than farmer. I count both the WHG and ANE components as hunter-gatherer components as neither of them were part of the early Neolithic farming populations that have origins in the Near East. I know that the ANE component came to Europe mainly after the Neolithic but it has it's origins among Upper Paleolithic and Mesolithic Siberian hunter-gatherers most likely so that is why I am calling it a hunter-gatherer component. So when I add my WHG and ANE scores together I actually have overall more Upper Paleolithic/Mesolithic genes from European and Siberian origin hunter-gatherers than Neolithic farmer genes which are represented by the Near_Eastern component. Interesting stuff!
