    Question PGA1 Austria R1b-P312(xU152,L21,DF27,L238,DF19)?

I just found out about http://genomaustria.at/unser-genom//#die-pionierinnen
Of the two samples published one is male: PGA1. Comprehensive data is available: BAM 152 GB, VCF 2 GB
    He seems R1b-P312(xU152,L21,DF27,L238,DF19) using http://genome-euro.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/...LWZDB32azBsZZh

Is a R1b-P312 expert able to get a more detailed subhaplogroup?

I get the same error; should have tried before. I may will ask the project leaders why they put the link but still hide the file.
The UCSC Genome Browser currently gives a Warning error on top, but otherwise seems to work.

EDIT: It seems obvious that PGA1 is CeMM Director Superti-Furga (born 1962 in Milan): so the paternal line origin should be Lombardy, Italy,

Assuming your statement is correct, the only remaining possibilities are P312>DF99 and P312**. DF99 is known to be present in northern Italy, while P312** looks to be primarily British.

Thanks for your indication @GoldenHind. DF99 (8829491) is also ancestral (C). Since I'm no expert in the R1b field I don't know if he really is P312* taking all known P312 Y-sequences into consideration.
