Positions of kgp SNPs in Geno 2.0 results?

Does anybody know how to obtain the positions of kgpxxxxxxx SNPs in Geno 2.0 results?

The Geno 2.0 results contain lines like:

kgp10052883,7,A,G

Was anybody able to convert Geno 2.0 kgp to either rsids or positions?
