    Your WHG/Neo/Yamna with HarappaWorld

    I chose the Harappa calculator (on gedmatch) because of the Baloch component, which is present in Yamnaya with a high rate
    and missing in the Neolithic and WHG.

    I got the results of some ancient genomes, then I do average by Category:

    - 5 WHG: Loschbour (-6000) KO1 (-5700), La Braņa (-5000) Motala12 (-5000) Ajvide58 (-3000)
    - 6 Neolithic: LBK (-5500), NE1, NE5, NE6 (-5150) NE7 (-4400), CO1 (-2800)
    - 1 Neolithic (Basque type): Gokhem2 (-3000)
    - 2 Yamnaya: I0443, I0231 (-3000)

    Which gives:

    I took different parameters in the software "4 Ancestors Oracle", and pass the results of modern populations,
    to know what proportion they matches the best.

    Gokhem2 is quite different from other Neolithic of Central Europe. She is not only a mixture Neolithic / WHG, since she has the same
    Mediterranean rate with other neolithic, but with a lower rate "caucasian" and "SW-Asian".
    The seconds results are with Gokhem2 if she does not affect the results of the countries of Eastern Europe, she dramatically improves those
    of West (distance decreases with Basque, spanish, French, British) ..
    Thank you to consider the distance, if it is around or above 10, it means that the result is not conclusive!

    PS: These results do not claim to be the exact truth, but can be compared with each other

    I improved my tool ..
    I removed Gokhem2, which is not very interesting, because she was a mixture WHG / Neolithic.
    I replaced her with a Spanish Neolithic Els Trocs (Troc3 - 5100 BC)
    It allows increasing the understanding of autosomal composition of Western Europe.
    Indeed, the neolithics of central et eastern Europe seem to have much of caucasian component which is not compatible with Western Europeans.

    Yamnaya this seem fairly uniform on the European continent (except Basque and Sardinian)
    I have no data for Germany, but I think it is there that the Yamnaya rate is the highest, with Mordovia
