L2 at Yseq Help

Hi L2 cousins

I want to 'Wish a SNP' for L2 at Yseq for anybody who needs confirmation, due to 23s inferior chip!

I selected 'other' from the list.

Then I got

"Then enter the name of your desired SNP, its position (hg19) on ChrY, the ancestral/derived mutation bases and the haplogroup where it’s been observed in the “Add Comments About Your Order” field."

Any advice on what to put please?

I'm surprised L2 isn't already in their catalog. It's a C>T mutation at 5755550.

So if I Wish 5755550 (R1b-L2) do you think this will suffice?

Based on my previous wishes, I would put: L2, 5755550 (anc: C der: T), R1b-L2

or possibly the longhand haplogroup name if available.

If YSeq has it, then Z49 is the most logical choice.
