It seems easier the way that LukaszM found in another forum, without using R, but I do not know what the CMD window is. Lol
CMD is a Windows thing. A quick google search says that the Mac equivalent is something called "Terminal". However, I really don't know whether you can give Terminal the same commands that you would use on a Windows computer.

Hi! I developed a windows tool for simplify the use of DIYDodecad calculators and ADMIX-4, I called Admixture Studio. It runs the Kxxx file in DIYDodecad and Anc_oracle_097.exe. The application converts the RAW File to genotype.exe reordered format as DIYDodecad requires.

So, you don't need to use R or command lines tools .

Feel free to use it. It is still in beta.

Yep, I thought CMD was Windows, but I wanted to be sure it was not unknown to me.
After breaking my head, I also did not find how to solve the "Terminal".
    Thanks for your answer!

Yay, I got it working! And I should tell my fellow Linux users that this is the best way to get your results in Linux that is in the readme-file but not in BalkanKiwi's guide:

    Code:
    ./DIYDodecadLinux64 euro7.par
^^ Run this command outside of R.

    My results:

    Dodecad Euro7 (23andMe v5):
    Code:
             7 ancestral populations
        165090 total SNPs
          5754 flipped SNPs
         15773 heterozygous SNPs
           161 no-calls
        118821 absent SNPs
      0.279290 genotype rate
          mode genomewide

118982 SNPs missing (no-call or absent)

          4420 total iterations
     9.988E-08 final dQ

     FINAL ADMIXTURE PROPORTIONS:

Just to clarify, as you've mentioned my username and made it bold, are you attempting to have a small dig at me for not including Linux instructions in a guide that's almost 5 years old?
Ancestry on paper: English, Scottish, Irish, Welsh, Croatian, Ashkenazi, Polish and Māori.

No, I just thought that it be a good idea to explain to fellow Linux users how to run these DIY calculators in Linux, which was not mentioned in your guide. Regarding the bolding, I always put usernames in bold.
