I just took a look at YFull again. Compared with the previous one, there is a new branch: A8a1b. You can judge whether you belong to this branch. In addition, there is an additional Ukrainian sample under the A8a1 branch.

But the good news is that there's another sample that I have raw data on, and it's a Tibetan sample:

    A8a
    64, 73, 146, 151, 235, 263, 309+CC, 315+C, 523-524d, 663, 750, 1438, 1736, 2706, 3106N, 3144, 4248, 4508, 4769, 4824, 5046, 7028, 7711, 8794, 8860, 9300,
    9531, 11719, 12705, 14766, 15326, 15758, 16223, 16264, 16290, 16319

According to my preliminary judgment, this sample should belong to A8a3 (YFull: A4), because this sample, me and the rest of my known samples have mutations at the three sites of 5046, 7711, and 3144.
    You are NOT A8a.

    Not all samples in the A-3144G 5046A 7711C group have the mutation C64T and/or T146C (defines A8a).
But all sample in the A-3144G 5046A 7711C group don't have the mutation C16242T (defines A8).

C64T and T146C occurred frequently, not a solid evidence to A8a.
also C16242T is not a back mutation in the case.

    Look at these two sequences:
    A76LA8LJC5TV Hunan 73, 199, 202, 235, 263, 309+C, 315+C, 523-524d, 663, 750, 1438, 2706, 3144, 4248, 4769, 5046, 6351, 7028, 7711, 8251, 8794, 8860, 9468, 9540, 11719, 12705, 14766, 14783, 15326, 15884, 16223, 16261, 16290, 16319

    A76LA8BWDE3Y Jiangsu 64, 73, 146, 235, 263, 315+C, 523-524d, 663, 750, 1438, 1736, 2706, 3144, 3221, 4248, 4491, 4769, 4824, 5046, 7028, 7711, 8794, 8860, 10397, 11719, 12705, 14766, 15326, 16189, 16223, 16290, 16319

The author assignd A for A76LA8LJC5TV and A8a for A76LA8BWDE3Y, actually it's wrong ! Because they all belong to A-3144G 5046A 7711C group.

In fact, this is controversial, so I used A8a3 (YFull: A4) instead of writing A8a3 directly.
