    Eurasia K19 ADMIXTURE run

Here are some results from a K19 run I did without BedouinB, Yamnaya, and Kalash. The SW Asian cluster shifted from the K20 BedouinB to the Mozabite of N Africa. and the Steppe signal was strongest with the Afansievo, Andronovo, and Sintashta scoring near 100%.Gedrosia/Caucasus did not split, showing that the 2 signals are very similar. Here are averages.

Not yet, since I am still evaluating populations and runs at lower Ks

Great work, Kurd. Given the "Steppe" component here is even more specific to Sintashta, I think the "APM" technique I came up with the other day will be more informative here. The "Yamnaya" component in Eurasia K20 was more informative for Europeans (or any "living fossil" Tocharians who might be logging in on a Friday).

Looking forward to seeing the outputs. Don't sacrifice all your weekend for us hobbyists though!

I realize that the actual similarities to the BA samples would be quite a bit higher if we negate some of the post BA drift in modern pops.

I believe one way to neutralize some of this drift would be for me to drop down to the lowest possible K while still maintaining the integrity of the steppe cluster. With the broader lower K signals similarity is expected to increase
