There is a program called Gyazo that I use for screenshots. You just click it in your task bar and click+drag your mouse over what you want to take a screenshot or GIF of. It is very handy as it automatically uploads the file online for you to link to. There are lots of other programs as well. I thought I'd let you know in case you didn't know of such a program. Of course you can always use the Windows Snipping Tool!
