AuGenome sections my aunt was (not) tested for by 23andme

This is a bulk method to see where a 23andme kit was not tested for large sections of auDNA.

Graphs with more than 32,000 rows of data had to be divided. On these occasions the two graphs are on the same relative scale.

Just eyeballing it, it looks like the regions you highlighted correspond to the grayed out area in chromosome diagrams like this one (also FTDNA)

    https://www.23andme.com/you/inheritance/

These are highly repetitive regions where there are very few known SNPS.

    Dear Ann,
Thanks. FTDNA indicates their gaps in their chromosome browser so I was curious what the ones at 23andme may look like.
I knew they (23andme) excluded particular SNPs due to health testing. I didn't expect gaps (after the centromeres) like the ones on Chr 1 & 9 (and maybe 16).
Sounds like you are speaking of the telomeres at the ends of the chromosomes. Are the gaps, I'm referring to, due to similar repetitive regions of the chromosomes?
    dp :-)
PS: maybe I need to tie in FastIBD sections.
