When are the updated results from? Have people been receiving updates recently?

I am from Cagliari, a city that has always had continuous commercial contacts with the Italian peninsula especially in Roman times and then starting from the Piedmontese occupation (1720) and above all from the unification of Italy (1861). Cagliari is full of people with Italian surnames, even one of my great-grandmothers had Italian origins (Apulia to be precise). In fact, among the other regions, both Apulia and Piedmont appear. I therefore think that Sardinia in the Italian category is referred to Sardinians with clear Italian origins. Here are the other seven regions in detail.

How many E-V13 do you have from Sardinian matches? There are a couple of interesting samples on YFull, a couple of E-V13 from Cagliari, but they stand largely alone and its still debated where they got it from. Like from Liguria, Southern Italians...

Apparently there is currently a Sub-Saharan african update going on with more detailed regions, so if you score African ancestry you should check out if you got a new region update.

The regions seem pretty accurate. United Kingdom as well as Ireland, with U.K. highly likely, and of course Bavaria for Germany. Switzerland also makes a lot of sense, a lot of my German ancestry should be Swiss Germans.

Only region that doesn't make sense is Schleswig-Holstein, which I suspect is misread English.

Mine updated in late July last year, I don't think they need a new one at this time and would much rather they focused on some of their known issues or limitations.
