Help determining Norwegian DNA match with Bulgarian

My dad is Finnish(25%) and North-Norwegian - but he has a match with a Bulgarian muslim on Gedmatch (7.9cM and 757 SNPs).
However, I'm having trouble identifying if it's:
    • A false match
    • Bulgarian guy got Norwegian ancestry
    • My dad got Bulgarian ancestry

    My clues is the following:

    Haplogroups
Funny thing is, my dads haplogroup is J2b2, typical of Balkan(especially Albania, Greece and partly Bulgaria),
while the Bulgarian guy has haplogroup I1a1b, which I think is typical of Norway... so I havent been able to use haplogroups to draw any conclusion either.

    Overall admixture for both
    Eurogenes K13 for the Bulgarian
    1 Bulgarian Distance: 4.43
    2 Romanian Distance: 5.92

    72.7% Moldavian + 27.3% Lebanese_Christian @ distance 1.8
    79.7% Serbian + 20.3% Georgian_Jewish @ distance 2.76

    Eurogenes K13 for my dad
    1 North_Swedish distance: 5.41
    2 East_German distance: 7.58

    88.7% North_Swedish + 11.3% Ashkenazi @ distance 1.35
    83.4% North_Swedish + 16.6% Bulgarian @ distance 1.95

This might suggest my dad is indeed the one who got Bulgarian admxiture and not the other way around. But on the other hand, other calculators like the Eurogenes EUTest don't attribute any southern to him:
    57.1% Southwest_Finnish + 42.9% South_Dutch @ distance 1.93
    50% Southeast_English + 50% Finnish @ distance 2.11

Gedmatch painting-comparison of the matching chromosome
Paintings of first my dad, then the bulgarian, and then the admixture in common.
Eurogenes K12(which is interesting, because North Sea used Norwegians as the representative population):

    Eurogenes K15V2:

    Eurogenes K36:

What's your opinion of this? Or are you as uncertain as I am?

It might be a common Asian (Mongoloid) component. Bulgarian muslims are usually Turks mixed with Tatars and given your dad's ancestry there might be some Saami blood that carries similar admixture.

    That's an interesting theory.
Among my dads (distant, no close matches) Big-Y matches are 4 tatars, 1 italian and 1 german.
