Some confusing results from E-V68 SNP Pack

First results from the E-V68 SNP Pack have arrived--seven in my project alone. Some make sense, others less so.

279323 of Italy: A7136+ , downstream from S2972+ . YFull does not have an example to distinguish the two levels.

    248453 of Slovakia: Z17264+ . YFull has E-Z17264 also.

    B18707 of Italay: PH2818+ . YFull has E-PH2818 also.

157690 of Serbia: Z19851+ , downstream from Z5017+ . YFull has E-Z19851, but directly under E-V13. YFull does have Z5017 as an equivalent to E-Z5016.

    N3913 of Poland: CTS9320+ . YFull has E-CTS9320 also.

N38417, probably Czech: A2192+ , which FTDNA shows as downstream from Z5018+ ; but he tested Z5018- , so FTDNA assigned him to E-L142. YFull does not recognize A2192 as an interesting name or location at all. Yseq thinks that A2192 is downstream from Z5018. Unfortunately, Z5018 has no phylogenetic equivalent; so if Z5018 is flaky, we're stuck. Or perhaps A2192 is the flaky one?

324393 of Germany: V13+ CTS5856+ , but negative for everything downstream. YFull has no unambiguous E-V13* entries.

"Confusing" as in no clear sub-Clade to region patterns ?
Speaks of E-V68 being already dispersed in Europe before being re-shaped by more recent processes(?)

YFull is a bit behind with updating the tree. This one is probably the most up to date, done by Alf who is active on another forum (switch to sheet Tree): V13 Draft Tree.xlsx

The V13 tree prepared by Alf based on all available NGS results is the correct one. Everything adds up, except the Czech A2192+, Z5018-. If I remember correctly Alf has initially put the A2192 branch directly under CTS5856 as Big Y does not cover Z5018. A single person A2192+, L143+ was tested at YSEQ for Z5018 and came positive, so he moved it under it. I see that the V68 pack correctly tests Z5018 in other cases, so YSEQ may have made a mistake, this should be investigated further.

Where is PH2818? Both FTDNA and YFull have E-PH2818.

Kit N38417 initially tested negative for Z5018 via an individual SNP test (completed in August 2014). Presumably, the E-V68 SNP Pack tested him at that same location again, and got the same result--or else FTDNA saw a conflict and resolved it.

Alf's tree contains only those SNPs which are under V13, whereas PH2818 is under V22.

Hearing this, I start suspecting FTDNA may have a problem with Z5018. There was a delay publishing the first pack results and now I notice there are no under the Z5018 main branch S2979. Some of the other like A2192+ are only for people who tested previously Z5018 individually.
This may solve the mystery with my cousin's Z5018 test. After waiting for more than a year for the results with different excuses, at last they asked for a new sample as they have exhausted all the vials for a single SNP! I am not able to provide a new one and that's how his branch will remain a a mystery.

YFull has two examples of E-Z19851: YF04462 and YF04482. The simplest reason why YFull might have placed this subclade directly under V13 is if YFull did not get a clear reading from any of the three equivalent SNPs (Z5017, Z5016, and Z2180), from either of the two samples. Perhaps the administrator of the E-V13 group on YFull could check this?

@Igmayka I'am the E-PH2818 from both FTDNA and YFull, I'am from the Netherlands, the other two guys on Y-Full are one anonymous from Puerto Rico and one from Saudi Arabia/ Emirates (I guess).
