Fatherline Haplogroup J-M172 / subtype J-M67

Thankyou for having me on this forum. I should explain I know absolutely nothing about dna so apologies for my lack of knowledge in knowing how to interpret my y chromosome results and, indeed, the basic nature of my questions. Apparently J-M172 arose about 10,000BC, probably originally in the Zagros Mountains of Western Iran. It moved westwards to Iraq and Anatolia, and also east to South Asia. What is confusing me is my Y chromosome genetic signature markers from the chromo2 chip for which I am positive. What on earth am I to understand from these? Your advice and guidance would be appreciated!

According to Morley's predictor, you are most probably J2-CTS333. You tested positive for all of these:
CTS333, CTS4230, CTS7193, M260/PAGE14, PF5149, PF5155, PF5156, PF5158

On YFull's haplotree, you would be at J-M92.

Hello, my long lost brother. As you can see I am J2a-m92 but have not tested myself for any subclades. Western Iran seems like a fair guess considering the most ancient J2 was found in the Caucasus, but are you sure m67 is found in India? Also, one branch of m67 is found almost exclusively in the Caucasus with high frequences which would suggest that it too originated there unless people migrated from Iran to the Caucasus.
As a side note, Paleolithic and Neolithic genomes should be coming from Iran later this year. I'm sure they will shed alot of light on this mystery. M67 is found in high frequencies in Iran if I recall correctly(I know J2 is but not sure which subclade).
