    Correct for placing of position #1 ..........but I am much lower down the chain

    position # 2 and 3 are from the other branch of T1a

    what can one make with info from position 4, 5 and 6 ?

    BTW position #8 is Oetzi line

    Might be due to an incomplete list of groups. If you start fitting a fixed and incomplete list of subbranches to somebody's STR results you'll end up with strange best fits.
    I tested the STRs of my great uncle with this program. I suspect he is I1 or L22 at most but his best fit with high probability is I1-P109 which is oddly specific. His STRs with respect to the P109 modal are also oddly skewed to one side. To me this is indicative of a false best fit. The real best fit is probably hiding somewhere in an unfitted branch or maybe I'm overinterpreting.

    Would be nice if a program like this had a relatively complete list of subbranches (down to a certain level) and a selectable level of how deep you would like the estimate to go (it only has two settings now).

    Anyway, I like the website.
