FGC13372/Z16975 problematic in N SNP Pack

The N SNP Pack of kit 435081 was declared complete yesterday, but the single most important SNP--the one he was predicted to test positive for--was left untested despite its inclusion in the description of the SNP pack. FGC13372 (also known as Z16975) is now shown in blue ("Test Available"), which makes clear that no further testing is to be expected.

Some men who ordered the N SNP Pack did get a correct FGC13372+ result--e.g., kits B5185, B11180, and 99198.

Moreover, Z16975 (the same SNP by a different name) has had an individual SNP test for a long time, and several men have gotten correct positive results from that test--e.g., kits N107657, 333756, B42972, 99198, 329170, 193848, E14634, and N47242.

However, Yseq apparently rejected FGC13372/Z16975, and instead chose its phylogenetic equivalent Z16974/FGC13369 for its N1c-VL29 panel.
