Almost every Caucasoid groups have Romance/Italian ancestry

It's literally impossible after the Roman colonizations and conquest.

Someone should link Latin/Italian loanwords in Indo-European, Arabic languages, apart from linguistically genetically traces of Italian ancestry can be detected on 23andme, and if i recall most Menas/Euros have some Italian/Romance speaker matches.

Most MENA people, at least North Africa, Levant, and Armenia, will score minor Italian but it is not because of genuine Italian ancestry. The real reason is because the "Italian" cluster on 23andme is made up in part of people of southern Italian ancestry, where there is a strong overlap with the West Asian reference populations used for their "Middle Eastern" category, due to shared Neolithic genes and, above all, Near Eastern input into Italy.

Likewise, there has been Iberian input into Italy when southern Italy was ruled by Spain. So when you see Iberians scoring "Italian" it is more reflective of Iberian DNA in Italy rather than the reverse.

As such, this is why southern Italians all score some Middle Eastern, and Middle Easterners score Italian.

I do think they have Italian ancestry, it may not be particulary Italian but Romance speaking like Iberian, specifically in North Africa and Italian on the East Mediterranean shores + French ancestry.

South Italians have real mena ancestry because Romans took slaves from Syria, Asia Minor, Maghreb and brought to Italy. Yeah these populations overlap to an exent due to shared med ancestry, but the presence of Italian specific like genetic components and Y-dna haplogroups can't be explained only by the Roman presence.
