"For all 10 human burials from the early medieval period discovered in Pień, an analysis of fragments of the genomes of mitochondrial DNA that is inherited only in the female line from mother to daughter was conducted (Płoszaj et al. 2017). Haplogroups H, W, T, K, U and C were identified (grave 15/05 – K2, 49/07 – C5c1, 40/07 – H, 38/07 – T2e5, 57/07 – T2b, 39/07 – C5c1 , 32/06 – U3b3, 37/06 – W, 71/09 – H, 69/09 – H) (...) The mtDNA analyses were also carried out
for selected burials from the early medieval cemetery in Kałdus located near Pień, where there were also chamber graves discovered (27 samples, including eight from chamber graves, Płoszaj et al. 2020). Among them were identified haplogroups H, U, J, K, T, V, HV, X and A. Most of the identified haplogroups are typical for populations living in Europe, including Polish lands. The exceptions are the haplogroups A and X, which are quite rare in Europe. Within the studied population, six haplogroups (T2b4a, HV, J2b1a1a, A2, X2, K1a11) were found (...)"

Any news on ancient Greek genomes? I recall Davidski mentioning there's going to be some released that are quite different than the Mycenaeans we currently have. Anyone have any info on this they're willing to share?

Finally, judging by the picture, the samples from Ekaterinovka, which Khokhlov wrote about in 2018, reached Harvard. Judging by Khokhlov's information, they are all R1b-M269. Judging by the funeral rite, all of them are from the culture of the Lower Don. Judging by the picture of David Reich, they already have a Ymnaya profile. Their dating is not yet exactly clear, 4500-3500 BC.
