Access to the American Journal of Sports Medicine

Does anyone have access? Because I'd love to read this and had the intentions of posting it to the forum. I was looking up some stuff about certain young gymnasts developing necrosis in the bones of their hands and wrists and thought it might be an interesting read here. But the most substantial things I've found are all on the American Journal of Sports Medicine, unfortunately I don't have access to it, and I'm not sure it's worth paying 32$ for.

Have you checked your local library? Doubt it, but maybe there's a chance they grant access?
