Unusual R2a-M124 STR Haplotype from Iran

This is an unusual haplotype from Malyarchuk et al 2013, with DYS393=10, unlike other M124 haplotypes which range between 13-15. I failed to find anything remotely close to it at FTDNA, Cristofaro et al. 2013, Sengupta et al. 2006, Kivisild T et al 2003.
