    Davidski's Basal-rich K7 + Global 10 Genetic Map Results

Eurogenes' Davidski is currently running Basal-rich K7 tests + PCA maps for those interested. For more information: http://eurogenes.blogspot.com.au/201...k7-global.html

I had him run a few results. Due to my y-HG, he is curious to attempt to model myself, .Jam, and .Sadia in a few different ways. He will probably send me those results tonight or tomorrow. NOTE: the Global 10 PCAs do come with a modelling. I just haven't got mines yet.

I'm sure other people are having their genomes run. I encourage everyone to post their results here!

If enough people post Global 10 PCAs, we can attempt to consolidate everyone on 1 grand PCA. I think that would be pretty useful.

This is the same 2D PCA using Davidski's coordinates. I just zoomed in and showed the labels.

EDIT: Does anyone know where I can find the labels of the Triangle PCA?

Doesnt affect many but it is worth mentioning.

My brother sent me the full details a while ago, here's my fathers data sent by my brother to davidski, very neat calculator from what I'm seeing so far!

    Iranian 90.4
    Egyptian 6.75
    Greek 1.7
    Yoruba 1.15

    J_Father.png

Results are pretty much in line with what was confirmed a while back, with the exception of our southeast asian ancestry (should have done my uncle for that), the Egyptian admixture is picked up (yoruba I'm guessing is linked to that). It interestingly also confirms the presence of some Greek ancestry, my Brother verified this with davidski.
