    Greek autosomal DNA from the Aegean and Asia Minor (Anatolia)

    Are there any Greek users (or do you know of anybody) with 100% ancestry from the Aegean islands or Asia Minor? There is a big gap in the autosomal DNA record due to the lack of such individuals. If you are (or know of anybody) in this category, please reply here as I would be extremely interested in having a look at your autosomal results. Thanks!

    Great! Many thanks! Very interesting results! Do you have a Gedmatch ID for these samples? If not, I strongly suggest to upload these samples there. We will be able to make some extremely interesting comparisons.. Even better, maybe you could consider sending these to David Wesolowski from Eurogenes for his Basal-rich K7 analysis (a small donation is required for this). Check http://eurogenes.blogspot.com.cy/201...-k7-andor.html

    Again very interesting! Notice the big difference between the Thasos individual and the other two profiles? This one resembles a typical Greek profile, possibly with some past Slavic admixture. Many thanks for sharing!

    Looking forward to discussing your Eurogenes results when ready, if you want to share them.. Thanks again.

    @Asimakidis

    Thanks again! Some of these myOrigins profiles are astonishing! Mother: 93% asia minor 7% south europe and mother's brother: 97 asia minor 3 % eastern europe!!

    The myOrigins calculator is a bit peculiar, so I am very curious to see some more detailed results of these people (i.e. Eurogenes K13 or K15). Could you share their GedMatch IDs or if you don't want to do that maybe share their Eurogenes results?

    Thanks!
