There is a Sourashtrian language in Tamil Nadu. Don't know how mutually intelligible it is with Gujarati, Marwadi etc. They use their own script descended from Grantham script and there definitely are quite a few borrowed words from Tamil that are noticeable in the second video, which is not surprising.

You are missing Bishnupriya and Chakma languages historically further east from Assam. Now newly developed primarily Indo-European link language is Nagamese spoken as the main language in Nagaland

Assamese is an Indo-European language with lot of Tai kadai, Austro-Asiatic and Tibeto-Burmese (Bodic) influence. Assamese includes 'ng' and has dipthongs which are not very common in other Indo European languages

I have both Bishnupriya Manipuri and Chakma, but Nagamese is a creole and not really a proper language tbh. Bengali also has the ng sounds similar to Assamese.

Yes, I was going to include it, but there's no consensus on what group they descend from, since the language has no proper standard and has been increasingly creolized.

Where do Pahadi languages stand? Are they close to one another (Western, Central and Eastern) or to their plains counterparts? (Western Pahari-Punjabi, Central/Eastern Pahari-Hindi)
